K-pop group Gugudan’s Mina and Hyeyeon hosted a cooking session to celebrate the release of their new single, on Naver’s V app Saturday.

They had recently formed a subunit within the group, under the name Gugudan 5959, and released their debut single “Ice Chu” on Thursday.

“Have you seen our music video? You can find us in an ice cream land. My theme is peach ice cream and Mina’s is tangerine ice cream,” said Hyeyeon.

Mina and Hyeyeon then showed viewers their ice cream-shaped hair accessories and jelly-shaped earrings.

The two went on to cook dakgalbi, a spicy braised chicken dish.

When a fan asked about their favorite late night snacks, Mina said, “Right now, this dakgalbi that we are having will be remembered as my best-ever snack moment.”

Mina and Hyeyeon wrapped up the broadcast, saying, “We actually want to keep eating, but we are so full now. Bye everyone.”
