In the video, seven members of the group were seen talking about the choreography of band’s new song. The “ab show” began as the bandmates started talking about the part of the song’s performance where Kihyun shows off his abs.

“We all heard that Kihyun is growing something in his belly,” said one of the bandmates, pushing Kihyun to show off his muscles.

As Kihyun said he was too embarrassed to do so, his bandmates turned to Wonho and asked him to take on the challenge.

Without hesitation, Wonho rolled up his dark blue T-shirt and flashed his midsection well toned by his workout regimen.

Wonho shared that exercise is how he releases stress.

“Sometimes I eat too much during my workout period, making my muscles grow way too big,” Wonho said.

Minhyuk said in a sad voice that he also had muscular abs when the group promoted “Hero,” advising Kihyun to enjoy them while they last.
