Actor Ji Chang-wook’s behind-the-scenes shots from the set of SBS TV drama “Suspicious Partner” have been revealed.

The production staff of the show on Sunday released several photos from the series’ episode that aired Thursday.

The photos showed Ji, sporting a suit, carefully monitoring his acting behind a camera. One of the scenes from the episode involved prosecutor Noh Ji-wook, played by Ji, hugging Eun Bong-hee, a prosecutor trainee played by actress Nam Ji-hyun, and confessing his feelings for her. In the series, the two develop romantic feelings while working together on a mysterious case involving a psychopathic killer.

Staff also shared that while Ji was monitoring his performances, the director of the TV drama handed the camera over to him so the actor could experience how to orchestrate the set.

“Ji not only monitored the scene, but also did a bit of shooting as the camera operator at that time,” a member of the staff said. “He brings infectious energy to the set and boosts the mood.”

“Suspicious Partner” premiered May 10. It airs Wednesdays and Thursdays.
