According to a local media report on Wednesday, Psy bought a building in Sinsa-dong, Seoul for 5 billion won ($4.4 million) in March.

The five-story building with a basement has a total floor area of 638.51 square meters and sits on a 246.7-square-meter lot.

Psy previously purchased a building in Hannam-dong, Seoul in 2012. While promoting his mega-hit song “Gangnam Style” in the same year, he also bought a Blair House in California, US that is worth over 13 billion won. But he sold it last year and raked in a profit of nearly 10 billion won.

The global singer is preparing for his upcoming summer concert “Summer Swag,” which will take place in Busan and Seoul in July and August.
