YG denied media reports on Tuesday that Taeyang would be releasing a solo album in July, following G-Dragon.

“The singer is gearing up to drop a new solo album early next month, before kicking off his Japanese tour ‘2017 Sol Japan Stadium Live 2017,’” the report said.

The Big Bang member made his solo debut in 2008 with the mini album titled, “Hot.” In 2014, he released the second studio album “Rise” and enjoyed popularity with the lead track “Eyes, Nose, Lips.”

Taeyang is currently preparing for the first stadium solo tour, which will take place in Chiba and Kobe, four times in July and August.
