Kim Jae-joong recently received an offer to play the male lead role in the upcoming four-episode drama tentatively titled “The Invisible man.”

On Wednesday, the agency representing Kim said the singer-actor had received the offer but had not decided whether to accept it.

“The Invisible Man” tells the story of a famous photographer and the woman he loved before he died. The ties between the two continue through his grandson and her granddaughter.

The 31-year-old actor was offered a role as a human rights lawyer in the drama.

If he takes it up, it will mark his return to the small screen two years after KBS2 TV’s 16-episode drama “Spy.”

Since being discharged from military service in December 2016, Kim has had a busy schedule. He went on the 2017 “The Rebirth of J” Asia tour and was featured in a music video for Gummy’s new song “I I Yo.”
