Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said Monday that it would begin an internal investigation on Son’s claim this week. The agency said it plans to meet the singer in person for more details. Police also said that it would summon Park, without giving an exact date.
Not long after police revealed its plan, Son wrote on Instagram Monday, “While it is correct that he (Park) tried to suggest I do (marijuana), he says he has never done so.”
“So why would I, a panic disorder patient, go to police? This is tiresome,“ she added.

Son has not been seen in public since May 23, which her agency attributed to health problems without further elaboration, raising suspicions from the public.
Son recently addressed fans that she has been suffering from pneumonia, accompanied by anxiety disorder and insomnia, as rumors spread that she was hiding from public due to pregnancy.
