In the video released Thursday via Naver V app, the singer was seen in a local seafood restaurant in Thailand, choosing dishes from the menu.

“I enjoy seafood a lot. With one raw octopus, I can drink up to three glasses of soju, Korean alcohol,” he said. “So I decided to try seafood in Thailand as well.”

As the seven dishes he ordered arrived, Kim gasped at how large and exotic it was.

The first dish he tried was smoked chicken, which he paired up with a glass of sprite.

“This chicken is so dry that it doesn’t have much flesh,” he said.

The next round was squid cooked with its egg, although Kim didn’t know what it was at first. He kept complimenting the dish, exclaiming, “This is so tender and soft… I don’t know what this is, but tastes super delicious.”

When he found out about the egg, looking shocked, Kim said he has never tried it before and even asked viewers if they have tried it as well.

After tasting all seven dishes, Kim was also seen enjoying fried lobster, the main dish. Smitten by the taste of it, he couldn’t stop talking about how good it was, and even said it was the best lobster he had ever had.

“I always have Thai food when I visit the country and also order Thai food when I’m at home in Korea,” Kim said as he wrapped up the video. “For the record, the lobster was the best.”
