Kim Ji-won shared Saturday a video snippet from a press conference to promote her recent drama “Fight for My Way” via Naver’s V app.

“The weather’s getting warmer. We’ve been filming this warm and bright drama which fits the weather,” Kim said.

In the new drama, Kim plays Choi Ae-ra, a clerk at the information desk at a department store who refuses to be a damsel in distress and stands on her own two feet.

“I used to play static and stiff characters so I am trying to show a different side (through this drama),” Kim said.

“Fight for My Way” is set to air on Monday and Tuesday at 10 p.m. on KBS.

Kim debuted in 2010 through a mobile phone commercial and kept her career as an actress starring on 2012 SBS drama “To the Beautiful You” and 2013 drama “The Heirs.”

She gained worldwide popularity starring on 2016 megahit drama “Descendants of the Sun,” co-starring Song Joong-ki, Song Hye-kyo and Jin Goo.

Girl group Momoland held a meet-and-greet event in an amusement park, in a live broadcast via Naver’s V app Saturday.

The nine-member group showcased some of its tracks including its latest “Wonderful Love,” answered to fans’ questions and danced with fans.

Momoland debuted in 2016 with an EP titled “Welcome to MOMOLAND” as a seven member group -- consisting of JooE, Jane, Yeonwoo, Ahin, Nayun, Hyebin and Nancy -- through Mnet’s K-pop survival program “Finding Momoland.”

Ahead of its new release in April, the group added Daisy, who lost in the final round of a competition show, and Kim Tae-ha, who appeared on Mnet’s other K-pop survival audition program “Produce 101.”

Kriesha Chu opened gifts and letters sent to her by fans and thanked them for their support via a video clip shared on Naver’s V app Saturday.

“I’m going to read it one by one. I love reading letters,” she said.

A gift was a paper-crafted photo album in form of an exploding box. The box was filled with the messages from the fan and Kriesha’s photos.

After she showed some of the gifts and letters from the fans before the camera, she went on to try on some of the gifts with her young brother Jaden.

She tried on a silver leaf headband and a bear hat while her brother tried to mimic her putting a shopping bag on his head.

“I still can’t believe that I have fans. I was surprised,” she said. “I earned strength from fans. Feels like I have new family. Thank you so much!”

Kriesha Chu appeared on the SBS competition program “K-pop Star 6” and is currently preparing for her solo debut.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
