Apink’s Son Na-eun, who recently featured in the music video for Psy’s new track “New Face” from his recently dropped eighth album “4x2=8,” revealed a set of witty behind-the-scenes photos.

In the photos shared on both Son and Psy‘s Instagram accounts Wednesday, Son is seen posing with Psy at different filming sets, ranging from a swimming pool to famous tourist spots in Macau. One of the photos showed Son smiling brightly with Psy, both inside a swimming pool. Another photo features Psy and Son posing against a backdrop of palm trees, sporting stylish outfits.

Psy had mentioned at a press conference in Seoul on Wednesday that he chose Son as his music video partner as he thought her elegant image would contrast starkly with his rough and tacky image.

This was the video‘s theme he had aimed for, he explained.

“I personally favor women with Asian beauty, and Son fit into it,” said Psy at the event.

In the music video for “New Face,” Son plays a beautiful woman who appears completely indifferent to Psy while he tries to get her attention with some less than graceful dance moves.
