Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin recently received offers to play the lead roles in the upcoming film titled “Negotiation.”

On Wednesday, both actors’ agencies said they are currently considering the respective offers.

“It is true that Hyun Bin was offered the male lead, but he has not yet made his decision,” VAST Entertainment said. “He is currently considering it in a positive light.”

Son’s agency, MSteam Entertainment, also said she is considering the offer.

“Negotiation” will be directed by Yoon Je-kyoon, who previously directed “Tidal Wave” (2009) and “Sector 7” (2011). He has won various grand prizes at local film awards.

The upcoming movie tells the story of confrontation between a negotiator and hostage-taker.

“Negotiation” is slated to start filming in the first half of this year.
