Sistar, nicknamed “summer queen,” on Thursday confirmed its new album release in May.

The girl group dropped a teaser image, hinting its return on social media on the same day. “Sistar, coming soon, 2017.05.31” was written on the photo.

This will mark the group’s return to the spotlight after an 11-month hiatus, since it released its fourth mini album “Insane Love.”

Earlier in the month, local media reports said that the four-member act aimed to release a new album in early June.
