Kriesha Chu did her first shoot for a cosmetics commercial, a video released via Naver’s V app on Monday showed.

The 18-year-old Filipino-American singer found it awkward to pose for the commercial. She practiced several times to look serious posing with a lipstick but ended up laughing.

However, during the actual photoshoot she was nothing but professional. “Your facial emotion is so pretty. You are so good!” a production member said.

Kriesha Chu appeared on SBS’ singer competition program “K-pop Star 6” and finished the show in second place along with her KWINs team members -- Kim So-hee and Kim Hye-rim.

She is currently preparing for her solo debut and will participate in the “K-pop Star & Friends” live concert from June 17 to 18 at Grand Peace Palace of Kyung Hee University, Seoul.
