IU released the second music video teaser for “Palette,” which is the lead track of her upcoming album of the same title via the Naver V app, Thursday.

The 25-second teaser featured a synth-pop melody of the song with the artist’s laid back look and artistic vibe. Sentences such as “I’m 25,” “I like it,” “I got u,” and “I’m truly fine” were also included in the clip, hinting the song will be about her story of being a 25-year-old.

IU released the first music video teaser for the pop-ballad on Tuesday on social media, which showed her being photographed for the upcoming fourth album.

The singer participated in producing the song and Big Bang’s G-Dragon rapped. Along with “Palette,” “Dear Name” will be another lead track for the new album.

The 10-track album “Palette” is set for release on Friday, along with the full version of the same titled lead track’s music video.

IU will showcase the new songs on SBS’s “Inkigayo” on Sunday. This will mark her return to the stage after four years, since she promoted her third studio album “Chat-Shire” in 2013.

Apink

APink celebrated the sixth anniversary of its debut in a Naver V app broadcast on Thursday.

Expressing gratitude, the girl group did a 90-minute long broadcast and sent messages to fans.

“Apink has now turned six years old. However, we’re just beginning,” the group said. Chorong also thanked the fans for celebrating the anniversary.

The group also played games at a noraebang, or singing room, making teams of three to compete against each other.

Oh Ha-young and Yoon Bomi teamed up to sing Beast’s “On Rainy Days,” but they failed to reach the male vocal range.

Vocalists Jung Eun-ji and Kim Nam-joo sang to So Chang-whee’s “Tears,” which is one of the most difficult K-pop songs to sing.

Park Cho-rong and Son Na-eun showed their charms by singing Orange Caramel’s “Catallena” that led them to win the game.

As the members lit up a cake and put frosting on each other’s faces and hair, Apink ended its celebration.

On Wednesday, the six-member team released “Always” and a music video for the song via online music streaming sites as a gift for its official fan group the “Pink Pandas.”

Apink debuted in 2011 with the mini-album “Seven Springs of Apink,” with the main track “I Don’t Know.” The group dropped its seventh Japanese single “Bye Bye” on March 29.

The video featured futuristic settings, where the group performed its synchronized choreography to highlight a man’s complex feelings after a breakup.

Members Juho, Youngbin and Hwiyoung wrote rap on the urban dance song. The six-track album’s main track featured a dreamlike synth sound and electric guitar riff.

SF9 debuted with its debut album “Feeling Sensation” with its main track “Fanfare” in October 2016. The nine-member team is set to showcase its latest song on Mnet’s “M Countdown” on Thursday.
