Actor Kim Soo-hyun made a romantic appearance on a teaser for friend IU’s new music video.

The long-awaited music video teaser for “Ending Scene,” one of the songs from the singer’s fourth album “Palette,” was revealed at noon Friday, featuring Kim and IU in a romantic setting.

The dramatized 44-second video starts with IU and Kim slowly making eye contact and holding each other’s hands. While the melody of the song boosts the romantic vibe, it also shows their memories together.



Kim and IU became friends while filming TV drama “Dream High” in 2011. They also co-starred as a couple on “The Producers” in 2015.

The couple reunited when Kim accepted IU’s offer to take a role in her music video.

It is Kim’s first appearance in a music video since his entertainment debut in 2007. Kim is set to star in upcoming movie “Real” later this year. IU also makes a cameo appearance in the film.

IU recently unveiled pre-release tracks -- “Through the Night” and “Can’t Love You Anymore,” featuring Oh Hyuk -- before the full release of the album on April 21. G-Dragon has also contributed to the album’s title song “Palette.”
