Upcoming action film “Real,” starring Kim Soo-hyun, will premiere in June, according to a local media report on Thursday.

“The action thriller noir film ‘Real’ is set to release in June,” the report said. “It’s just a tentative decision, but it’s likely to hit the local theaters in mid-June.”

“Real” wrapped up filming in June 2016 and was previously planned to be released both in Korea and China simultaneously. However, since the dispute over Korea’s decision to host the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense system began last year, the movie will no longer open in China.

Kim Soo-hyun will play two roles, one being the problem-solver and the other one being Jang Tae-young, the ambitious man who dreams of controlling the city via his casino business.
