Korean boy group Snuper is expanding its presence throughout Asia.

Snuper will perform at the “2017 Hanoi-Korean culture tourism festival” as a Hallyu idol star Saturday. The group will also collaborate with a Vietnamese singer.

Korea Tourism Organization arranged the festival, celebrating the 25th year of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and Vietnam. Vietnam VTV and Hanoi TV will broadcast the event.

Snuper is also gaining ground in Japan. Tickets for the group’s first Japanese single album “You=Heaven” showcase were sold out in Japan last year. Topping major local music charts with its second Japanese single album “Oh Yeah” in March, the group is proving itself as a new Hallyu star.

The group -- consisting of Taewoong, Suhyun, Sangil, Sangho, Woosung and Sebin -- debuted in 2015. Snuper is preparing for a new album during the first half of the year in Korea.
