Sandara Park, formerly of now-disbanded girl group 2NE1, took to Naver’s V app to talk about her upcoming music-centered flick “One Step,” and why she decided to take the lead role.

“I simply love music and I’d love to be in a music film,” Park said, when asked during why she chose the movie. “So I took the role without the slightest hesitation.”

“One Step” depicts Si-Hyeon (Park), who lost her memory in a car accident but begins to regain it through music. Actor Han Jae-suk plays failed songwriter Jee-il, who has fallen into a long slump in the business.

The two characters in the film work together to find Si-hyeon’s lost memories by bringing back a melody from her dream.

The two earlier performed one of the duet songs in the movie, “Song of Memory,” together at a live concert in Busan during a promotional visit there.

“One Step” is to premiere on April 6.

Chun Woo-hee appeared on Naver’s V app Wednesday and shared with fans who she’d like to act with the most.

During the live broadcast, the actress participated in a quick game of “Actress World Cup,” where Chun crossed out names of famous actresses until she finally found the one she’d most like to work with.

The winner was actress Moon Geun-young, who she called a close friend.

“I’ve been enjoying watching her acting since a long time ago and I’m a huge fan,” she said.

Chun acts in upcoming romance “One Day” alongside Kim Nam-gil. The film is set to hit cinema screens on Wednesday.

The movie revolves around the life of Kang Soo (Kim), who leads an isolated life after losing his wife, until he meets Miso (Chun) and begins to realize the true meaning of life.
