Won Bin has denied media reports that he accepted an offer to play the lead role in the upcoming film “Still Life.”

“Won Bin received an offer last year, but he has not decided whether or not to accept the offer,” said Eden9 Entertainment, which represents the actor. “The film’s script has not been fully revised yet, so he’ll make the decision when he receives the full script later.”

If the actor decides to accept the role, it would mark his return to the big screen after a seven-year break since he starred in the 2010 action-thriller film “The Man From Nowhere.”

“Still Life” will be a remake of director Umberto Pasolini’s film of the same title released in 2013.

The movie tells the story of a civil servant who dedicates his life to find the family members of individuals who have passed away alone, in order to arrange funerals.
