[V Report Plus] Footage of ‘Rookie’ fan event released over V app

A day before leaving for Sapporo, Red Velvet held a fan event in Seoul. Footage from the event, held on Feb. 9, was released over Naver‘s V app on Wednesday.

“If we leave for Sapporo, our fans can finally take a rest,” Yeri said, “Everyone, recharge during the time and let’s meet again soon.”

“We’re coming back on Sunday. You can meet us at ‘Inkigayo,’” Seulgi said, referring to the Sunday live music show.

Red Velvet‘s latest song “Rookie” has taken the top spot in music shows such as “Inkigayo” and “Music Bank” in February.

The quartet celebrated the winning streak together with fans at the event.

As it was Seulgi’s birthday the next day, the group sang the birthday songfor her.

“We’ll make you a sushi cake (in Japan),” Yeri jokingly offered.
