One of the most noticeable features of the human face are the lips. Standards of beauty may vary among countries, but in South Korea, plump-looking lips stand out as the main quality for celebrities to qualify as “sexy.”

While several female stars here are known for their seemingly perfect, pouty lips, only a few male stars receive similar attention.

The Korea Herald came up with a list of top male idols who have lips worth noting:

1. EXO’s D.O.

S.M. Entertainment’s boy band EXO has built a strong fan base since its debut in 2012 on the back of its members’ unique charms and handsome physical features. Do Kyung-soo, more widely known by his stage name D.O., is a member of the band who has trademark heart-shaped lips.

2. BTS’ Jin

As a member of one of the currently most talked about K-pop groups, Jin knows how to flaunt his full lips both on and off stage. In a recent episode of SBS’ popular reality show “Law of the Jungle,” broadcasted on Feb. 20, the star admitted that he also thinks his lips are one of his best features.

3. GOT7’s Jackson

GOT7’s Jackson, a Hong Kong-born star who has successfully climbed his way to the top of the K-pop industry, has lips that gently balances out his almond-shaped eyes and sharp nose. One of his signature poses when taking selfies involves puckering up his lips -- a sign he knows his asset well.
