Park Jin-young of GOT7 will mark his debut Wednesday as an actor, with the release of coming-of-age movie “A Stray Goat.”

“I had such a great time filming for it. I hope our fans will watch it,” Park said in a V live broadcast Sunday.

The 22-year-old plays Minsik, a teenager who moves to a rural city where he meets Yaeju, with whom he goes through the thick and thin of growing up together.

Park enticed fans to watch the movie if they wanted to find out whether there is a kissing scene. He said his favorite line from the film is “I trust you.”

Speaking about memorable scenes from the movie, Park said his GOT7 bandmates, Yugyeom and BamBam, broke out laughing during the press screening at scenes where Park gets beaten up badly by a bully.

Yugyeom sent Park a heartfelt message after, which Park read aloud for V viewers. “I really enjoyed the movie. I could tell you put a lot into it. It broke my heart to see you get beaten up ... LOL.”

“It was a very moving film with a great message. I really enjoyed it. It’s good to see you grow as an actor,” Yugyeom’s message added.

“A Stray Goat” will release to the public Wednesday.
