Minah gave fans tips on how to sing well on Naver’s V app Friday, appearing in a live broadcast with her vocal trainer.

“I will give you guys some tips to improve your singing skills today with my teacher here,” she said, greeting the viewers.

She then asked the fans what song she should teach, and the two decided on the song “Something” by Girls’ Day.

“For the song, I personally think the part where you have to sing in falsetto is the most difficult,” she said.

The trainer explained that the singer should push the falsetto part confidently to make it sound right.

Minah followed the instruction and sang the part several times and told the fans to try it.

The two went on to explain that singers should mix air and vocal sounds together to make a pretty falsetto sound.

“You do not have to practice for a long time, but do it more often and it will help you. To expand your tone range, the best way is to sing as much as you can with tunes you are not yet familiar with.”

Minah sang several other songs as the teacher played the piano.

As the vocal lesson went on, the 23-year-old also confessed that she had broken up with her boyfriend. She sang a well-known Korean ballad, “No Tears Came Out” by Lim Jeong-hee.

“To sing sad songs better, you should think about those moments of parting with the lover and put yourself inside the lyrics,” the trainer said.

Elsewhere on V, three members of the K-pop girl group Ladies’ code made spicy noodles.

“Today we are cooking really spicy ramen. We will put more spicy ingredients like onions and peppers in to make it spicier,” Ashley said. “So-jung is really into spicy stuff and I’m not just saying spicy, but deadly spicy.”

Then Sojung started cutting onions. They prepared the ingredients and boiled the water.

While the noodles cooked, Juny did her hair in different styles, including a ponytail and bunches.

Sojung put all the spicy vegetables and started to cook. The three shared the noodles on the paper plates.

“This is actually pretty good. It’s cooked just right,” Sojung said. Juny’s face started to turn red as she continued to eat the noodles.

“The sauce is really good. But it’s really spicy,” Ashley explained.

Park Seung-joon of boy band KNK also showed up on Naver’s V app to correct a news report that said he would star in Mnet’s survival audition program “Produce 101 Season 2.”

“I turned on the V app broadcast to tell you the news is wrong and to tell you guys not to worry,” Park said.

The 23-year-old idol explained that he was currently preparing to sing in KBS’s “Immortal Song 2: Singing the Legend,” with Park Wan-sun. In the show, idols and artists come out to sing classic K-pop songs that were once very popular.

“KNK is also preparing for a comeback so please wait and encourage us,” he said, ending the show.
