Nagoya fans greet Kim Jae-joong

JYJ’s Kim Jae-joong thrilled Japanese fans with two nights of performances at Nippon Gaishi Hall in Nagoya on Tuesday and Wednesday.

He is currently on his 2017 pan-Asia “The Rebirth of J” tour, which kicked off in Seoul on Jan. 21. He arrived at Nagoya as the fourth stop on his tour, with some 15,000 fans attending each show.

The singer performed several hit songs, including “Rotten Love,” “Let the Rhythm Flow” and “Good Morning Night.”

After singing “I Will Protect You” together with the fans, he commented, “When I sing this song together (with you), I feel like I am protected by you from whatever happens. I also want to become someone who can cheer you up.”

“I sometimes wonder ‘what am I doing now?’ but when we unite as one and exchange our hearts, I become confident,” Kim said, closing the concert. “I will try even harder no matter what happens.”

After Nagoya, he will hit stops in Saitama, Japan, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Thailand, Macau and Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
