T.O.P wants ‘low-key’ enlistment

T.O.P is scheduled to enlist in the military without any official events, according to YG Entertainment on Monday.

T.O.P will begin his 19-month mandatory military service on Thursday by entering the Nonsan army training center, where he will complete the basic training requirements.

The rapper, 29, shared a group photo via Instagram on Monday. “I won’t meet my beloved brothers before joining the military because I’ll miss them so much if I see their faces,” he said. Taeyang and G-Dragon said, “Please meet us before you go!”

The iconic group celebrated the grand finale of its 10th anniversary tour concert in Hong Kong on Jan. 22. It was the last official group activity before taking a hiatus.

Both T.O.P and JYJ’s Junsu will enter the same training center on the same day. Junsu also revealed that he also plans to have a quiet enlistment.
