Park Bo-gum visited Tokyo to meet 5,000 fans at a fan meeting event held at Tokyo International Forum on Saturday.

It is the first time for the 23-year-old star to meet his Tokyo fans. He is currently on a fan meet and greet tour of Asia. Tokyo is the fifth city on his itinerary.

Park said he was very happy to meet his Japanese fans and that he was surprised to see so many people at the event.

At the fan meeting, he sang to piano accompaniments and drew a picture full of hearts after fans requested him to draw his feelings. He also spoke in Japanese which made the crowd even more excited.

He wrapped up the event saying, “I will try to become an actor whom you want to see for a long time.”

Park will visit Bangkok next followed by Singapore.
