All eyes are on Friday night’s episode of “Guardian” as viewers finally get to watch episode 14 after an extra weeklong wait.

The trending TV show canceled last Saturday’s broadcast, citing the need to explain the relationships between the characters one last time before the show escalates to its climax.

Three episodes remain until the show comes to a close.

Episode 14 will air on Friday, and episodes 15 and 16 will both air on Saturday in succession.

The teaser for Friday’s episode received more than 1.6 million views in three days since it was released over the Korean search portal Naver.

What’s adding even more to the anticipation is the snow that blanketed Korea on Friday morning.

In the 13th episode of “Guardian,” the main character Kim Shin (Gong Yoo) disappeared into nothingness after taking out the spiritual sword that pierced his heart and pinned him to immortality.

Before he disappeared he promised he will return to the main female character Ji Eun-tak (Kim Go-eun) with the snow.

Now, as the viewers count down the hours until the episode airs, whether or not Kim will return alive as he had promised is the topic of discussion amongst “Guardian” fans.
