Kicking off Naver V app’s Tuesday line-up was Apink, returning to viewers with the ninth episode of its “Apink Diary 3” online broadcast series.
The new episode showed backstage clips from the group’s performance at the SBS Gayo Dajeon last December. Taking time to chat with viewers before hitting the stage, the members of Apink spent most of the time reminiscing about the past year and looking forward to what lies ahead in the New Year.

“At this time of the year, you think about all the problems you faced in the beginning of the year,” said Jung Eun-ji. “A few resolutions could have been that you’d lose weight, or that you’d raise your grades or exercise regularly … but maybe there’s nothing that went as planned.”

“But we still have next year (2017),” she continued. “All the resolutions you couldn’t do this year are there for you to try and do for another year.”

Wrapping up the episode the members gathered together to assure fans that they would be working just as hard on their music and TV appearances in the Year of the Rooster.

Making a special appearance on yesterday’s V app line-up was internationally renowned pianist Pawel Wakarecy. A much-lauded Chopin specialist, Wakarecy gave a brief piano performance and short greeting to promote his upcoming Seoul concert.

“I can’t wait to see you, to meet you, soon in March,” says Wakarecy.

The Poland native is slated to perform pieces by Chopin and Liszt at the Seoul Arts Center’s IBK Chamber Hall on March 4.

Also on yesterday’s V report was a brief vocal appearance by K-pop and musical star Kim Jun-su.

In a clever twist, Kim posted a voice-only clip where the he recited lines by his character “L” from his reprisal performance of the musical “Death Note.”

The JYJ member has been putting a lot of emphasis on his stage musical career as of late. Kim recently wrapped up the world premiere of the Korean original production “Dorian Gray,” for which the K-pop star took home the male popularity award for his role as the devilishly handsome Gray at the Annual Yegreen Musical Awards last year.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit www.vlive.tv.
