Model-turned actor Nam Joo-hyuk granted viewers’ wishes on Naver’s V app live broadcast Tuesday, going over some of the missions that were uploaded on social media.

At a filming location, he posed for the camera and changed into several different outfits.

“I’m currently shooting for a clothing brand. Where I am shooting is decorated like a house and is very pretty.”

After finishing his work, he came back to talk to viewers. “I will grant your wishes. Fans sent me some missions to complete.”

He told the fans in a nervous tone that it was his first solo V app live broadcast.

“I just wanted to meet you guys (fans) and thank you,” he said. “Thank you for all of you who have supported me. I’ll do my best in 2017 as well.”

In the list of wishes, he picked three people who would receive autographed photographs.

A fan also asked Nam to wish her a happy new year in Busan dialect.

“I haven’t used the dialect for a long time. How am I supposed do this? I wish you a good and healthy year. Everything you desire will work out fine,” he said speaking without any accent.

The 23-year-old actor is from the Busan island of Yeongdo.

About his hobby, he said he used to love playing basketball but that it changed to watching the sports. “As I am working, I cannot risk injuring myself (playing basketball).”

“I love playing games too. Now that the drama is over, I plan to play PlayStation games all day at home. That’s my life,” he said, making viewers laugh.

He struggled to end the show, saying he was very clumsy at the live broadcast.

“I am on V app alone for the first time. I’m not sure if I would be able to do it again. Thank you for watching,” he said.

He had recently finished shooting for MBC’s TV series “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo” that starred model-turned-actress Lee Sung-kyung.

Hoya of Infinite

K-pop boy group Infinite’s Hoya greeted fans on the V live broadcast Tuesday at his home to chat to the viewers.

“I always pop up on V live broadcast without telling you guys,” Hoya said.

Appearing at a recording studio in his home, he said he tried to change the light bulb to give a different mood to the room. He had already revealed the room in a previous V app broadcast last week. The room had a yellow-hued bulb but he changed it to a brighter one.

He then started reading the comments from the viewers, answering them one by one.

“The viewers at Naver’s V live broadcast are from all over the world,” he added.

When he was asked about the song he listens to most nowadays, he said it was “Think Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran, an English singer-songwriter.

Asked about a popular online shooting game, Overwatch, he said he does not know much about the game.

“I have not played games since elementary school. I also have never played games on my phone,” the 26-year-old idol member said.

At some point, the dialogue turned to a confession time, in which the fans talked about their dreams.

As young fans told Hoya what they wanted to be in the future, he showed support for their aspirations.

“I also wanted to become a policemen, and a judge at a court when I was younger,” he said. “For those of you who want to become a reporter, please hold interview sessions with me too,” he added, laughing.

The 43-minute clip gained over 2 million hearts from the fans.
