HB Entertainment announced Tuesday that actor Shin Sung-rok is now the father of a baby girl.

A representative at the agency said, “The mother and daughter are both very healthy. Shin Sung-rok is simply overjoyed.”
Shin’s wife is not a celebrity and works for a company. The couple married in Hawaii in June.

Shin recently wrapped up the KBS 2TV drama “On the Way to the Airport,” which co-stars Lee Sang-yoon and Kim Ha-neul. He is currently working on the musical “Monte Cristo.”
