Yoona, of Girls’ Generation and star of the series “The K2,” said in an interview that she regrets the emotions her character, Go An-na, expressed.

“I wished the Go An-na character had expressed a wider range of emotions, especially when acting with my partner role Kim Je-ha,” she told local media in the interview, published Wednesday.

In the action series Go was a vulnerable yet naive woman who comes to seek vengeance with the help of Kim Je-ha, played by Ji Chang-wook.

“Anyone would isolate Go An-na from the world she lived in, and Kim was the only exception. That’s how Go opened her mind to the bodyguard. I wish I could have depicted those subtle emotional change better.”

When asked about her Girls’ Generation bandmates, she answered they would give advice on costumes and makeup, but did not tend to “pick on flaws in acting skills.”

The Friday-Saturday action series “The K2” ended Saturday with 6.2 percent viewership.
