Film actor Uhm Tae-woong’s wife, ballerina Yoon Hye-jin, miscarried her second child three weeks ago, according to Uhm’s agency Keyeast on Thursday.

“Yoon was in a poor health condition from the very early stage of her pregnancy,” a source from Keyeast was quoted as saying.

Yoon is reportedly on a trip to “seek relief.”

In August -- when Yoon was five weeks pregnant -- Uhm was accused of sexually assaulting a massage therapist in January at an illegal massage parlor. Uhm was acquitted of the sexual assault charges, but in October the case was sent to prosecutors as the police had charged Uhm with solicitation of prostitution.

Uhm gained popularity with movies such as “Forever the Moment” (2007), “Cyrano Agency” (2010) and “Architecture 101” (2012). He was also featured in the reality TV show “Return of Superman” with his daughter Uhm Ji-on until November 2015.
