Actor Kwak Dong-yeon held an interview at his FNC Entertainment agency building in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam, Thursday.

During the interview, Kwak revealed his thoughts on his “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds” co-star, Park Bo-gum.

Concerning his first impression of Park, Kwak said, “Before I met Park Bo-gum, I was curious what he would be like. I only knew him as a good actor from the most recent ‘Reply’ series. But when I met him, I learned that he’s also very thorough in everything.”

“I learned a lot from Park. I learned how to be truly grateful to other people. When we were on set, we unknowingly got a lot of help from the staff, but Park knew everything and was grateful for every bit of help he got. That’s when I realized that he’s the kind of person that can’t help but be successful,” said Kwak.

Kwak closed by saying, “You can’t hate somebody that is both respectful and grateful to other people. But he does have some slight flaws. Park is always thinking of ways to repay and thank his fans, and he always wants to engage with them, but he can’t, so he has a hard time with that.”

The two recently went to Cebu in the Philippines along with the rest of the “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds” cast and crew for a group holiday, after the series wrapped.
