Big Bang member Seungri said Wednesday on a Naver V app broadcast that Big Bang is gearing up for a new release.

During the “Hello, this is Seungri” V LIVE+ broadcast, the idol announced, “Big Bang’s new song will finally be released soon. I can’t disclose the exact date but I can tell you that it sounds amazing and we will be releasing it for you guys soon.”

He added, “The members have been recording secretly and they’re almost done. All I want to say is, the new song sounds great.”

During a press conference for the group’s 10th anniversary, Taeyang had said that the response to their MADE album was so good that they felt obliged to work harder and make better songs, which subsequently led to the delay.

Despite their hectic schedules, the group’s members have been recording and sending each other samples to piece together an album.

Recently they gathered at YG’s studio to work on the last leg of their new album.
