Brown Eyed Girls’ Gain is back again with her trademark smoky eyeliner.

On a live broadcast through the Naver V app Friday, she introduced her new single, “Carnival (The Last Day),” opting to use less makeup on the stage for her new concept.

About her new concept, the singer explained, “I think my fans are getting too familiar with my usual makeup on the stage, so I was like ‘why not change it this time?’”

“The overall story of the ‘Carnival’ music video is really hard to explain. I’m afraid if I deliver it in the wrong way, it would make the story too simple,” She added. “When we think of ‘Carnival,’ it usually draws images of festivals. But this goes beyond simple festivals. Instead, ‘Carnival’ offers the last moment before we say goodbye to someone else.”

Her new title is included in the first segment of a two-part album that is set to be released this month. The album includes a contribution from Grammy-winning producer Brent Fischer.

The solo album will mark her first full-length studio album since her debut as a solo artist in 2010.

The cast and crew members of the movie “Han River” hosted a live broadcast Friday entitled “Hangang Blues Spot Live.”

“Han River,” directed by Lee Moo-young, draws on humor and empathy alike in showing how a young priest interacts with homeless people there who saved his life by stopping him from jumping into the river below."

Kim Hee-jung and director Lee enthusiastically offered a consultation for fans on love and dating as part of their efforts to communicate with viewers.

In response to a playful question from one viewer who asked if it is ever okay to pass gas in a relationship, Lee said, “It’s always better to avoid that kind of situation if it’s possible.” He added, “Although I’m married, I never farted around my wife.”

Kim Hee-jung, on the other hand, was asked if she got along with K-pop boy band Big Bang, as she and they both belong to one of the biggest entertainment companies, YG.

She jokingly responded. “I’ve been to a press preview of the film ‘Big Bang’s MADE,’ so I guess we get along well.”

Lee Moo-young added, “I hope I can see them coming for my movie’s preview as well,”

The Han River is set to hit screens Sept. 22, 2016.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
