YG Entertainment recently launched their new four-member girl group Black Pink, who have been garnered record-breaking early popularity.

But it leavesthe question, what happened to their predecessor 2NE1?
Let‘s see what they’ve been up to this past year!

CL

CL has managed to stir up the fashion world and remains to be a phenomenal figure in the haute couture industry, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Jeremy Scott and Kyle Lagerfield.

Her astronomic success in the fashion world does not mean she has left her music ambitions behind. She recently dropped her US debut single “Lifted,” with the video featuring Wu-Tang Clan’s Method Man.

Park Bom

Park Bom has been on hiatus and under the radar since her 2010 drug scandal that came to light in 2014. She has been spotted a few times here and there by passersby, and with fellow member Dara, but she has yet to make any public appearances since the MAMA awards last year.

Dara, or Sandara Park, has also been inactive in music, but she has continued with other pursuits, appearing in dramas as well as other TV shows. She is also set to star in the upcoming film “One Step,” which begins filming soon.

She has also been going back and forth between her second-home country, the Philippines, and was recently seen with fellow members CL and Park Bom.

Minzy

The youngest member of the group, Minzy, left YG Entertainment and 2NE1 in April and went solo with Music Works a month later.

Since then, she has been busy working on her new single, and recently held her first meet-and-greet as a solo artist.
