He later showed some of the gifts he received from fans, including local snacks, standing banners with pictures of himself printed on it and a huge plaque made of flowers with his name on it in Korean.

"This is so magnificent," he said. "I'm so excited to enjoy this concert with all the fans here."

Hwang added that his family, including his parents, brother and pregnant wife came to China to watch him perform.

Hwang gained nationwide popularity in China after he appeared on the singing competition program "I Am a Singer" earlier this year. He was the only Korean performer out of 14 competitors and was the season 4 runner-up.

John Park

Korean-American musician John Park kicked off a Naver V App live broadcast on Friday half an hour before tickets went on sale for his upcoming concert.

Park, who did the broadcast from a studio, said he just wrapped up the photo shoot session for the concert dubbed "Prelude."

Park tried to stay cool in the midst of all the excitement and asked his fans to do the same.

"To those who are buying tickets online, take it easy," Park said, in response to fans who said they arrived at a PC cafe to buy a ticket. "There are 3,000 seats available, so why rush?"

However, he couldn't hide his excitement and revealed that "a huge band is ready to roll." At the same time, he regretted not being able to perform in other cities in Korea other than Seoul this time.

Park's concert will be held at Blue Square Samsung Card Hall in Seoul on Oct. 22-23.

AOA's Chanmi

FNC Entertainment revealed through Naver V App on Friday how girl group AOA's member Chanmi prepared for her trip to Gangwon Province.

In her office, Chanmi asked fans via Instagram to recommend a good place to travel to in Korea for three days.

After going through the barrage of replies, Chanmi decided to check out the east cost and go to Gangwon Province. She posted another photo of herself on her Instagram account and again asked fans for a to-do list.

The clip also showed Chanmi packing for the trip the day before she left.

More episodes will be revealed through Naver V App.
