Jessica Jung, formerly of Girls’ Generation, arrived at Korea on Saturday. She immediately went for a fashion photo shoot from where she broadcast a live V show titled “Keeping the Promise” for her fans.

Fans tuned in to the show from Hong Kong, Germany, Cambodia and all around the world to say hello to the starlet.

“I miss you guys too,” Jessica told the excited fans.

Jessica had her blonde hair curled, with bright red lacquers on her nails. She wore a white Givenchy blouse.

“I want to visit Hong Kong again. There is so much good food there,” Jessica said. She added she also wants to go to London and Mexico.

“I’ve only been to Mexico for a vacation before,” she said, implying that she would like to visit Mexico for a concert or a fan event.

Fans showered Jessica with questions, one asking what her favorite Disney princess was. Jessica replied she likes Alice from “Alice in Wonderland” and Aurora from “Sleeping Beauty.”

The 27-year-old said she does not play the augmented reality Nintendo game “Pokemon Go,” though she has heard of it and knows that it is very addictive.

B.A.P

Six-member K-pop boy band B.A.P said hello from Fukuoka, Japan, where they were for their 2016 Korea Music Wave in Fukuoka concert.

The band showed off their striking bleached ash blond hair.

Zelo said he really wants to visit Brazil and Mexico, too.

Daehyun said he can’t drink bitter Americano coffee, and that he prefers a vanilla latte or caramel macchiato.

“This is not because I have the taste of a child,” Daehyun said, “My body just can’t take Americano.”

Himchan and Daehyun joked about trading iPhones. Himchan had given Daehyun an iPhone 3 long ago, and now he demanded Daehyun repay him with a new phone, as his phone screen was cracked.

B.A.P will release its fifth single album “PUT’EM UP” on Aug. 8, a day considered auspicious in China due to the number 8 being a homonym of the verb to make money.

EXID

Five-person girl group EXID was also in Fukuoka for a concert. They had flown straight from Shanghai, China, where they performed at a giant game expo called ChinaJoy 2016.

“This is our first time to perform in Japan,” Hyerin said, adding a “gombangwa” to bid good evening for the V fans.

LE was in Japan for her very first time. “It feels very nice to be here,” she said confidently.

“After the concert, when we have the time, we’ll come say hello in Osaka, too,” said Solji.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit www.vlive.tv.
