Shin Dong-ho, a former member of K-pop group U-Kiss, revealed Sunday a picture of himself and his son on his personal Facebook account.

Shin announced on Facebook that his son’s name is Asher and wrote a touching post describing the emotion he had felt the first time he saw his son.

Shin wrote, “You held onto my finger with your hand and that was the first time we met. After a tiring and painful day, your mom and I were full of tears when we first met you.”

Asher was born in late June, following Shin’s marriage on Nov. 28 last year. However, the short span of time between his wedding and his son’s birth had sparked controversy about the reasons behind his marriage.
