Seven-member boy band GOT7’s members Jackson and Bambam said Saturday they were thrilled to be part of MBC’s military-themed reality show “Real Men.”

In a press conference held an hour before the band’s Seoul concert Saturday, Jackson and Bambam expressed their excitement at being included in the show.

“I will do my best (in the show),” Bambam said. “This will be a great memory. This will be now or never for us.”

“This is a great chance to join the show,” Jackson said. “I really wanted to partake in the show someday, but was not offered. I’m glad I finally got the offer. This will be such an adventure.”

Both GOT7 members are non-Koreans -- free from serving in Korean army for 21-month. Bambam is from Thailand, while Jackson was born in Hong Kong.

Network TV channel MBC confirmed Monday that the show will feature eight celebrities, including Jackson and Bambam.

Other celebrities include retired sports players Woo Ji-won and Park Chan-ho, twin comedians Lee Sang-min and Lee Sang-ho, and actors Ryu Seung-soo and Cho Jae-yoon.
