GOT7 Junior invited to JIFF

Junior of JYP Entertainment’s boy band GOT7 is to attend the 17th Jeonju International Film Festival (JIFF) for his upcoming film, “A Stray Goat.”

In the film, which is Junior’s silver screen debut, he plays a high school student who falls in love with a classmate after transferring to a school in the countryside.

All tickets for the screening of “A Stray Goat” are currently sold out. It will be prereleased at JIFF before its nationwide release this winter.

Junior will walk the festival’s red carpet this Thursday. “I’m glad to attend this year’s JIFF through ‘A Stray Goat,’” he said. “It means a lot to me since it’s my first film festival. I hope everyone at the festival will be touched by the film.”

The 17th Jeonju International Film Festival will be held in the city of Jeonju from April 28-May 7. More information regarding the festival can be viewed at www.jiff.or.kr.
