The new solo mini album from Apink member Jeong Eun-ji, “Dream” sold out as soon as it opened for online sales.

Plan A Entertainment, home to Jeong, told media that the 30,000 “Dream” EPs up for sale were sold “at a fast pace,” and they have decided to make an additional 20,000 EPs.

EPs will be delivered to the online purchasers starting Friday.

The sales record of “Dream” is seen as remarkable, as some 70 percent of Korea’s EP sales market belongs to boy bands.

The 22-year-old Jeong‘s “Dream” and its lead ballad track “Hopefully Sky” have proved incredibly popular. The song stands close behind “My Star,” by singer Lee Hi, claiming the top notch in two of the eight local charts: Melon and Monkey 3.
