Seven-member international boy group GOT7 broadcast live on Naver V app to promote their second title track “Home Run” of their mini album “Flight Log: Departure,” 20 minutes before the track release online at midnight Monday.

GOT7 members also revealed their promotion plans on music programs. Their first appearance will be on SBS MTV’s “The Show” on Tuesday.

The song is written by Jaebum, who learned some baseball terms before writing the song. But the leader Jaebum revealed that the song’s theme was initially soccer and goalkeeper in the game.

In the second segment of the show, all seven members wrote their wishes on their baseballs and interacted with fans.

Prior to the live show, members Youngjae and Jackson were spotted bowling. However, Youngjae was frustrated after he failed to knock down any pin in the two attempts, while Jackson managed to score despite his unorthodox play.

Korean five-member boy group History also released the title track “Queen” from their comeback album “Him” after a 10-month hiatus on Monday at midnight.

“Him” marks the band’s fifth mini album. The album has two versions of album jackets -- “Spade version” and “Heart version.” Members added they will appear on SBS MTV’s “The Show.”

The band belongs to Loen Tree Entertainment, home to singer-songwriter IU and girl group Fiestar, among others.

While the show was attended by Loen Tree staff and musicians including Cao Lu of Fiestar, the band showcased a segment of “Queen” and members danced along.

The live broadcast came after the band launched their Naver V app channel Saturday.

Korean singer U Sung-eun promoted her single “Jealousy” before fans on Monday.

U shared album jackets, pictorials in the single, music video, as well as episodes during the recording session. During the live broadcast, U performed a part of the song with choreography which includes the now-defunct girl group S.E.S’s signature dance she is using after she was granted permission.

U also said her new song did not fit her typical vocal style.

The finalist of “Voice of Korea” season 1 collaborated with rapper Kisum, who appeared at “Unpretty Rapstar” to work on the song. After the season, U joined musician Baek Z-young’s agency, The Musicworks Entertainment, which launched Naver V app channel earlier in April.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit www.vlive.tv.
