VIXX popped up on the V app Sunday while attending the Yinyue V-Chart Awards ceremony in Beijing, China. “Yinyue” is music in Chinese.

Ravi opened up the live broadcast greeting fans and telling viewers they were in the waiting room. He asked questions to his bandmates, first walking up to Ken, who apparently was studying a Chinese language book.

“Try the Chinese you learned today,” Ravi asked.

“I love you,” Ken said in Chinese.

The members also changed the filters of the camera as Hong Bin pointed out that the filter was making them look like vampires.

“Leo’s not here today. He’s in Korea for his musical ‘Matahari,’” One of the them said.

Ravi also asked Hyuk for some Chinese lines, and Hyuk answered confidently in Chinese, “Without you guys (the fans), VIXX does not exist.”

Hyuk appeared to be a strawberry hunter, gathering all the strawberries and leaving none for Ravi, while Ravi tried to claim his share.

When the topic shifted to an upcoming album, Hyuk shyly revealed the release date: April 19.

Ravi also choreographed a dance while holding the camera, allowing viewers a peak at only a vague semblance of the new dance.

The six-member boy band is expected to release a new album on April 19.

Junjin from veteran idol group Shinhwa appeared on a V app broadcast showing the backstage of KCON 2016 Japan, which took place in Tokyo, Japan.

He walked around the busy hallway and said “There are junior singers rehearsing here.”

“I shaved. It looks neat right?” he asked viewers.

He also encouraged viewers and fans to pray and cheer for his fellow member Eric in Shinhwa and junior groups for a good showcase.

“Eric is shooting a drama in Korea right now. Cheer for him inside your minds. The concert starts at 7 p.m. Please watch the show Thursday when it will be broadcast.”

He said he would perform his two fast dancing songs “WOW” and “Hey Ya,” as Japanese fans requested.

KCON 2016 Japan was hosted by CJ E&M and featured other K-pop artists, including AOA, Monsta X, Zico of Block B and EXID.
