Actor Hyun Bin’s behind-the-scenes photos were revealed Tuesday by his agency Vast Entertainment.

In the released pictures, he is in a partly unbuttoned white shirt, and looks a bit tired and gaunt due to weight loss, but his beard makes him quite masculine.

The filming location took place in Gwanggyo, a new town in development near Seoul.

The 33-year-old actor is currently shooting for the upcoming film, tentatively titled “Cooperation,” according to an official from his agency.

It kicked off shooting on March 10, and its cast members include experienced actors and actress such as Yoo Hae-jin, Kim Joo-hyuk and Jang Yeong-nam and Yoona of Girls’ Generation as well.

The action movie focuses on a joint investigation of South and North Korean detectives to arrest North Korean defected criminals. It aims to open in theaters in the second half of this year.
