Popular R&B singer Lyn will lend her voice to the new soundtrack of the drama “Descendants of the Sun.”

Lyn’s new song “With You,” which is the seventh original soundtrack of the drama, will be unveiled on Thursday via online music streaming sites.

The upcoming track is another theme song for the now most-talked about couple Song Joong-ki and Song Hye-kyo in the drama.

Lyn -- dubbed as the “OST queen” for singing the soundtracks for the past hit dramas such as “My Love from the Star” and “Moon Embracing the Sun” -- is expected to deliver her sweet and soulful voice that will compliment the couple’s deepening feelings for each other.

Thanks to the drama’s huge popularity, the already released soundtracks are enjoying great popularity, beating out other songs on the local charts. Gummy’s “You Are My Everything,” Davichi’s “This Love,” Yon Mi-rae’s “Always” and “Everytime” by EXO’s Chen and rapper Punch, among others, are all ranked top on the major charts.

Drama “Descendants of the Sun,” starring Song Joong-ki, Song Hye-kyo, Jin Goo and Kim Ji-won, airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 10 p.m. via KBS2 network.
