San E extends contract with Brandnew Music

Korean rapper and TV personality San E has extended his contract with the label Brandnew Music, according to the label on Wednesday.

“We are happy to maintain such a wonderful relationship with San E and we were moved to see San E’s heartfelt attitude” Rhymer, a hip-hop musician and founder of Brandnew Music, told local media on Wednesday. “We would like to promise San E a lot of support for his career, as we have already done.”

San E, 31, who was formerly under JYP Entertainment, joined Brandnew Music in 2013. Since then, he has released hit tracks such as “Story of Someone I Know,” “A Midsummer Night’s Sweetness” and “Me You,” which paved his way for several appearances as a mentor in local cable network Mnet’s hip-hop competition programs “Show Me the Money” and “Unpretty Rapstar.”

Brandnew Music is home to other hip-hop artists, including Verbal Jint, Bumkey, P-Type, KittiB, Bizniz.
