How Park Shin-hye lost weight

There is no free lunch. Behind hallyu star Park Shin-hye’s glowing skin and svelte figure, hours of consistent workouts and eating only the minimum amount of food were necessary.

On tvN’s ranking program “The List,” Park was ranked third among stars who achieved lost weight, after actor Jung Kyung-ho and announcer Park Ji-yoon.

Park eats two meals a day and avoids eating anything after 6 p.m. When she feels hungry, she eats cucumber or cabbage. She cycles two to three times a week and works out regularly, including a modern dance workout.

Park often drinks a broth made of red bean and pumpkin, which is thought to help with puffiness in the face.
