K-pop group GOT7’s Jackson will be the emcee for the Chinese version of “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator,” reports said Thursday.

Originally produced by Korea’s cable channel JTBC, the show invites nation’s top celebrities and reveals the contents of their fridge, with chefs whipping up tasty dishes with the ingridients.

The show had invited big-name hallyu stars such as Big Bang’s G-Dragon and Taeyang, Sistar’s Bora, EXID’s Hani, ballerina Kang Sue-jin and more.

The announcement of its Chinese adaptation was made on Nov. 6. Lee Dong-hee, the chief producer of the original Korean series, took the opportunity to say he would give full support to the Chinese rendition to make it as successful as the original.

JTBC said it was bound by the contract with China’s Tencent from disclosing the entire guest list of the upcoming Chinese version, but that the nation’s biggest stars are expected to participate. It let on that a few hallyu stars may also take part.

Apart from GOT7’s Jackson, China’s iconic emcee He Jiong will oversee the show. A slew of well-known Chinese chefs, whose entertainment skills are on par with their culinary expertise, will compete by cooking for the celebrity guests of the show.

The Chinese version of “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator” will begin recording its first episode on Nov. 20, with aims to premiere in early December.
