Hyeri of girl group Girls’ Day is bringing out the scent of ’80s trends with her makeup and fashion style in tvN “Reply 1988.”

“Reply 1988” is the latest installment of the popular “Reply” series, following “Reply 1997” and “Reply 1994,” which all have set record-breaking ratings on a cable channel.

In the drama, which hit the airwaves on Friday, Hyeri sports a bobbed hairstyle with wild eyeshadow contours and bold red lips.
They do look a bit dramatic for a daily look, but the audience loved the ’80s style. That crazy vibe, big hair, high-waist jeans, shoulder pads and neon-color eye shadows.

Hyeri tells you some good rules to remember about the ’80s beauty trends -- brighter and bolder -- but not always necessarily better.
